USE CASE

Amazon Seller Leads With Published Contact Data

Start from products in your category, collect every third-party seller on those offers, then read each seller's public profile. How much contact data comes back depends entirely on the marketplace: on amazon.de almost every seller publishes an email, phone and VAT number because German law requires it, and on amazon.com almost none do.

THE PROBLEM

Why an Amazon Seller List Is Hard to Build by Hand

  1. 01

    Amazon has no seller directory

There is no page that lists the sellers in a category. The only way in is through products: open an offer, read who is selling it, then open each of those sellers. Doing that by hand is a few minutes per seller.

  2. 02

The contact details are not on the offer

The legal entity, its address, phone, VAT number and email live on the seller's own profile page, which is a separate request. A list built only from offers gives you storefront nicknames and nothing you can act on.

  3. 03

Storefront names are not company names

"SunnyDealsEU" is not a searchable entity. Matching a storefront to the GmbH or OÜ behind it is the step that turns a seller list into something a sales or brand-protection team can use.

  4. 04

Coverage is a marketplace question, not a tooling one

German law makes sellers publish an Impressum, so amazon.de profiles carry the full business block. In our runs of September 2026 amazon.de returned an email for 6,227 of 6,231 sellers, amazon.co.uk for 1,090 of 55,660, and amazon.com for none. Any tool promising one coverage number across all marketplaces is guessing.

From Products to a Seller List in 4 Steps

The list is built outward from products you choose, which is also what keeps it relevant: these are the sellers competing in your category, not every seller on Amazon.

  1. Choose the products

Give the ASINs in your category, or a search or best-seller list to take them from. This decides whose sellers you end up with, so a tight product list gives a tight seller list.

  2. Collect the sellers on those offers

The Amazon Offers API returns every seller on an ASIN with the seller id and storefront name, alongside their price and condition. Many products share sellers, so the distinct seller count is far lower than the row count.

  3. Open each seller's profile

The Amazon Seller API reads the public profile for each distinct seller id: storefront name, the About text, the positive-rating share, and the published business details block. On amazon.de that block carries the company name, business type, trade-register number, VAT number, phone, email and address.

  4. Take the list

Export CSV or Excel, read it over the REST API, or hand it to an AI agent over MCP. Re-run it on a schedule to see new sellers appearing in your category and old ones dropping out.

What You Send, What You Get Back

You bring the products. You get one row per distinct seller, with whatever that marketplace publishes.

A Sample List: 10 Sellers From One Category

Illustrative rows, not real sellers. Email, street numbers and postcodes are masked here because this page is public; your own export contains the published values as Amazon shows them. One current limit worth knowing: on amazon.de the company name, VAT number and business type arrive under Amazon's German field labels rather than the standard column names, while email, phone, address and trade-register number land in the standard columns.

What You Get Instead of a Manual Seller Hunt

A contactable row, not a nickname

A contactable row, not a nickname

Where the marketplace publishes them, each seller row carries the company name, registered address, phone and email, which is what makes the seller reachable outside Amazon.

Gaps you can count

Gaps you can count

Sellers who publish nothing stay in the list with the fields empty, so you know how much of your list is complete. On amazon.co.uk and amazon.com that share is large, and we would rather you see it than discover it later.

The same category again next month

The same category again next month

Re-run it on a schedule and new sellers in your category show up as new rows, which is also how unauthorized resellers surface.

THE SHORT ANSWER

Amazon Seller Lookup: The Short Answers

How do I get a list of Amazon sellers?

How do I get a list of Amazon sellers?

Work outward from products. Give the ASINs in your category, read every seller on those offers, then open each seller's public profile. Amazon publishes no seller directory, so this is the route.

Can I get Amazon sellers' email addresses?

Can I get Amazon sellers' email addresses?

On amazon.de, almost always: 6,227 of 6,231 sellers in our own run returned one, because German law requires an Impressum. On amazon.co.uk only 1,090 of 55,660 did, and on amazon.com none. We return what the seller published and leave the rest empty rather than guessing a match.

How complete are the company details?

How complete are the company details?

It follows the same split. EU marketplaces such as amazon.de require published business details, so VAT came back for 98% and phone for 99.9%. On amazon.co.uk phone was 8.7%. Rows without the block are kept with the fields empty rather than dropped.
