Two data APIs do the work. The Google Hotels search returns 20 hotels for a city and your dates, each with the nightly and the total price. The hotel rate parity call returns one hotel's price on every booking site Google lists for those dates, the hotel's own site included. Other public travel sites can be set up with the AI scraper, and some sites cannot be scraped.
A EUR 118 rate on an OTA looks like a parity breach against your EUR 129 direct rate until you read the conditions: non-refundable, room only, single occupancy. Comparing a headline figure to a headline figure produces breach reports your channel manager will not act on.
OTAs decide currency, tax display and even which rate plan is shown from session state — device, market, cookie, logged-in status. Two requests to the same URL from two places return two different numbers, and neither is wrong.
Undercut rates rarely appear first on Booking.com. They surface on a regional OTA or a metasearch aggregator reselling wholesale inventory. A manual audit covers the big three and misses exactly where the leakage starts.
A parity breach that lasts four days and is checked on day six never appears in the report at all. Without a dated row per channel per stay date, you cannot show a wholesaler the breach was sustained.
Booking.com, Expedia and Agoda deploy some of the hardest anti-bot stacks in commerce. DIY scrapers break within days, and rebuilding them pulls engineers off revenue tooling every time a site ships a defence update.

Every channel is queried for the same stay, the same occupancy and the same point of sale, then matched rate plan to rate plan. Self-healing extraction keeps feeds flowing even when sites change.
Export to your revenue management system, BI tool or PMS via API or CSV. Breaches arrive with the rate plan conditions and the price trail attached, ready for channel-management action.
This is the actual sequence behind a single parity verdict — a 42-room city hotel, one arrival date, and five channels that all appear to be selling the same room.
Every channel is requested for the same check-in and check-out, the same occupancy, the same point of sale and the same currency. This is not a detail: OTAs resolve currency and tax display from session state rather than the URL, so an unpinned request can return a figure denominated in a market you do not sell in. A comparison built on that is manufacturing breaches.
Your direct site sells a Double Room, breakfast included, free cancellation to 18:00, at EUR 129. The regional OTA shows EUR 118 — for the same room, room only, non-refundable. Those are different products. Board and cancellation terms are extracted per rate plan and rates are matched plan to plan; where no equivalent plan exists on a channel, the row is returned as not comparable rather than as a breach.
One channel does have the equivalent plan — Double Room, breakfast, free cancellation — at EUR 121, eight euros under your direct rate, sold by a seller who is not your contracted OTA. That is the breach. It is logged with the channel, the seller, the stay date, the rate plan, the total including taxes and fees, and every prior run's figure for the same combination, so the conversation with the wholesaler is about a sustained pattern rather than one screenshot.
Most false parity alerts are not price-reading errors. The price was read correctly, off a rate plan that was never equivalent to yours. These are the four things that decide whether a comparison is valid.
Room only, breakfast included, half board and all inclusive are different products at different prices, and channels label them inconsistently — "BB", "Breakfast included", "Frühstück inklusive". Comparing across board types produces a double-digit delta that reflects breakfast, not a parity breach.
A non-refundable rate is routinely fifteen to twenty percent below the flexible rate for the same room on the same night. That discount is a legitimate commercial structure, not leakage. Unless cancellation policy and prepayment requirement are extracted per plan, every non-refundable rate on every channel reads as a breach.
One channel shows a nightly rate excluding city tax and resort fee. Another shows the total for the stay including both. The larger number can be the cheaper stay. Parity has to be judged on a comparable total, which means the components have to be read separately and reassembled, not taken from whatever the page put in the largest font.
OTAs vary the rate, the currency and sometimes the available rate plans by market, device and logged-in state. Member rates and mobile-only rates are frequently outside parity agreements entirely. A check that does not record the point of sale it ran from cannot tell you which agreement, if any, the observed rate falls under.
A parity tool that returns only "in parity" or "out of parity" hands your channel manager a list they cannot act on. Every checked rate lands in one of three states.
An equivalent rate plan, same room, same board, same cancellation terms, same stay dates, priced below your direct rate on a comparable total. Logged with the channel, the seller and the full price trail. The EUR 121 row in the example above.
Non-refundable against flexible, room only against breakfast included, a different room category, or a member-only rate outside your agreement. Kept visible with the reason, so you can see what was excluded rather than wondering why a channel shows no rows.
An equivalent plan sold below your rate by a seller that does not resolve to a contracted OTA — typically wholesale inventory resurfacing through an aggregator. A person decides whether it is a contract breach or an unmapped partner before anyone is accused.
You supply the properties, the channels and the stay dates. You receive a dated rate row per channel per stay date, with the rate plan conditions attached so the comparison can be checked.

On by default. Non-refundable, room-only and member-only rates are recorded and labelled, never raised as a breach against a flexible rate.
One row per channel per stay date, 12 columns each
Delivered by REST API, CSV export or a scheduled push into your revenue management system. Every row carries the rate plan conditions it was priced under, so a disputed breach can be re-checked rather than argued about.
One row per channel per stay date, with the conditions that make it comparable — or not. This is the 12–14 November example as it lands in your system.

The two hotel data APIs cover the booking sites Google Hotels lists for a hotel and its dates, the hotel's own website included, and both can run on a daily schedule. Other public travel sites can be set up with the AI scraper. Some sites cannot be scraped, so test yours with the 5 free requests.
Room type, board, cancellation terms, occupancy and the tax-inclusive total are extracted per rate plan before any delta is calculated. A non-refundable rate never lands in your channel manager's queue as a parity breach.
Rates, availability, room types, cancellation terms and occupancy rules, normalised across sources and retained run over run. That trail is what turns a suspected breach into a conversation a wholesaler cannot dismiss.
Paste the Google Hotels link of your hotel and pick the dates. One hotel rate parity call returns that hotel's price on every booking site Google lists for those dates, your own website included: the nightly rate, the stay total and a flag on paid listings. Put it on a daily schedule and compare the lowest site with your own in the table or in Excel.
Yes, as data. A Google Hotels search returns 20 hotels for a city and your dates with the nightly and the total price, and a rate parity call on each hotel of your comp set returns its price per booking site. You get rows for your own table: no dashboard, no alerts. The travel industry page linked below shows that setup.
The ones Google Hotels lists for that hotel and those dates. In our Paris test of 16 September 2026 that was 17 to 36 per hotel, among them Booking.com, Expedia.com, Hotels.com and Agoda, next to the hotel's own website. A site Google does not list for the dates does not come back.
A call costs €0.0015, so 1,000 calls cost €1.50. One hotel checked for each of the next 30 nights, every day, is 900 calls a month: €1.35. There is no monthly plan, and a new account starts with 5 free requests.

Common questions about scraping OTAs for hotel rate parity and travel data extraction with ScrapeWise.
Every channel is queried for the same property, the same check-in and check-out, the same occupancy, the same point of sale and the same currency — then matched rate plan to rate plan before any price is compared. Room type, board, cancellation policy and the tax-inclusive total are extracted per plan. Only equivalent plans are compared; everything else is returned labelled as not comparable rather than raised as a breach.
